5 easy things to do at home to help you deal with stress…we are living in unprecedented times with this COVID 19 pandemic. Stress levels are at an all-time high.

In this video, I share some things you can do at home to minimize the stress.

Here are a few things you can do and need to do for yourself right now.

  1. Take breaks…Schedule in breaks from work, breaks from your family, a break from the news.
  2. Be intentional and connect with other humans outside of your home.
  3. Give yourself grace.
  4. Stress balls: May seem silly but don’t minimize the power of a stress ball.
  5. Stay hydrated…Drink water. We know water is beneficial in so many ways including lowering cortisol (the stress hormone) levels.
